What we Provide
Using our service, you'll get:
1. Packing Supplies
After you sign up, your BoilerVault Boxes and Packing Tape will be delivered to your door during your scheduled time.
2. Shipping
Our team will come to your address at your set pick-up time and personally bring your packed items to our facility.
3. Storage
During your storage period, your items will be securely stored in an temperature and humidity controlled indoor facility.
4. Return
When you want an item returned, simply request the item on our website and we will deliver it straight to your door!
The Details
What steps do I need to take?
1. Sign up
- Click Sign-Up Now and you will be redirected to the sign-up page.
- First, you will need to select the date for us to pick up your packed items. You will be able to change this time 48 hours before the current scheduled time.
- Then, you will request the amount of packing boxes you want, and when you want them. This is just an estimate and our team will deliver as many as you need during the scheduled time!
2. Get Packing Supplies delivered and Pack items
- Once your Packing Supplies get delivered, it’s time to pack your items! We accept almost everything into our storage facility, however, we do not accept liquids, illegal substances, plants, animals, firearms, explosives, incendiary materials, or food.
- If you want to store any extra large items or electric or gas powered bikes, scooters, etc. Please contact us and let us know before we arrive!
3. Pay storage invoice
- Our team will label and Move your items during Pick-up time. All you need to do is identify the items you want to store!
- Before our movers leave with your items, you must pay for storage. This can be done in person during Pick-up. We can also accept online payment, however, discounts will only apply to in-person payment. You will receive further details after sign-up.
- Movers will also need a signature from you or a designated contact during each pick-up and drop-off appointment.
4. Reserve Drop-off window
- Reserve a Drop-off time during your pick-up time or anytime one week before your return time.
- Our team will redeliver your items during this time.
